NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND OR SALES PRESENTATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPTAKES. A PURCHASE OR SALES PRESENTATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU HAVE NOT YET WON A PRIZE.

ENTRY: Beginning on November 5, 2008 and ending on November 16, 2008 (“Sweepstakes Period”), visit any Pulte Homes or Del Webb sales center in the Greater Las Vegas area during regular business hours to obtain an official entry form. No sales presentation is required for entry. Submit your fully completed entry form to a sales associate at a participating sales center no later than November 16, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. You will receive one (1) entry into the New Homes for the Holiday $5,000 Shopping Spree] Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). Limit one (1) entry per household. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, illegible or incomplete entries. No facsimile or mechanical reproduction of entries allowed. Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his or her entries) who tampers with the entry process. Void outside of Nevada and where prohibited by law.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of Nevada who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, directors and officers of Pulte Homes of Nevada, Inc. (the "Sponsor") and its affiliates, subsidiaries, sales representatives, distributors, real estate professionals, contractors who have performed work for Sponsor during the Promotion Period, advertising/Sweepstakes agencies and the immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and spouse and "step" of each) and household members (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Sweepstakes) of each (collectively, “Sweepstakes Parties"), as well as individuals who currently own a Pulte or Del Webb home or who have purchased but not yet closed on a Pulte or Del Webb home, are not eligible to enter. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

PRIZE/ODDS: ONE SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE: One (1) $5,000 pre-paid card. Approximate retail value: $5,000.00. Terms and conditions of pre-paid card apply. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

WINNER NOTIFICATION/PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Winners will be selected via a random drawing to take place on or about December 1, 2008, from among all entries received. Drawing to be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding. Winners will be notified via email or phone per the information provided on the Official Entry Form. If potential winner is disqualified, fails to return documentation as required or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

GENERAL: By entering this Sweepstakes, you accept and agree; a) to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding, b) that Sponsor and its parent, entities, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes related activity; or technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries, (c) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, (d) all causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (e) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Except where legally prohibited, by accepting a prize winner grants (and agree to confirm they grant in writing) permission for Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use his/her name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising, trade and/or publicity purposes without additional compensation. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes should causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. By entering, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Nevada, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved exclusively by the applicable United States District Court in Nevada or the appropriate Nevada State Court.
