My wife and I learned of Merrill Ranch from one of our best friend's son, who is I think a construction superintendent at Desert Ridge. He told us since he knew we had friends in the southeast valley to check out Merrill Ranch. We'd heard the name but knew precious little about the area.

But from the very first time we drove out and when the Hunt Highway widens and you see the entrance to Merrill Ranch, it just seemed like "Home" to us.

You couldn't have picked a better location for Merrill Ranch, with the clean air, and country atmosphere. In such a hectic world that we live in today, we truly believe that many people want to go back to their roots and live in a modern day version of the small town life, where the hub centered around the courthouse. At Merrill Ranch, the hub centers around the Rec center and although, we are sure looking forward to the lifestyle.

So many things going on for people like us who like to stay busy but if a person just wants a quiet life, they can have that too and not go to things, and just enjoy the beautiful area they live in. Being a planned area, means with the association, that the yards will stay nice years to come, as in small towns where you see the older houses with the neatly trimmed lawns. Pride in ownership. You have that at Merrill Ranch.

There isn't a better Pulte area in the state. You get so much for the money at Merrill Ranch. And the people who chose to buy before all the stores come in, are able to get such great prices on the homes, you just can't find that in any other area.

But like my wife and I said, even though we are in our 50's, if we were raising children we would want an area like Merrill Ranch to do that. And for us it will be small town living, clean air, clear skies, and very nice people. We have talked to so many people who live in Merrill Ranch, before we decided, and they love the area.

And we thought you should know how appreciated it all is, all your hard work. Many people mean to tell others, but get busy and sometimes just have good intensions but don't actually sit down to write but I wanted to write note to tell you what a great job you are doing, people are so happy we talked to in Merrill Ranch with the area.
